30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly accept returns and provide a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please provide a detailed explanation and supporting photos or videos of the product. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address.
Return Shipping
Use a trackable shipping method to return your item. We are not liable for lost or missing packages. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued promptly upon approval. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first, as processing times vary. Contact your credit card company or bank if needed, as refunds can take up to 30 days to appear. If issues persist, reach out to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Address Changes
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. While we’ll try to help, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Canceling Orders
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Cancellations before processing or shipping are subject to a 15% fee to cover restocking and transaction costs.
Non-Refundable Reasons
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

Placing an order constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the items.
