Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
In cases of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Kindly allow extra time for delivery. Significant delays will be communicated to you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refund.
